Our Founder

Dr. Dianna Ross-Hollins is an award-winning global humanitarian, educator, and transformational leader with more than 29 years of distinguished service in education, leadership development, emotional intelligence, and community empowerment. She is the visionary Founder and CEO of Dr. Dianna Global Enterprises, Ekklesia Institute, and Saving Our Sisters Women Network (SOS), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to empowering women, families, and communities through education, humanitarian outreach, and social justice advocacy.

A lifelong educator, Dr. Hollins holds a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Educational Leadership and is currently a Professional & Executive Development Trainee at Harvard University’s Division of Continuing Education in the field of Emotional Intelligence Leadership. Her educational expertise and leadership for over 30 years have allowed her to cultivate emotionally intelligent, ethical, and purpose-driven leaders across corporate, educational, governmental, and faith-based sectors worldwide.

Dr. Hollins’s leadership and humanitarian influence have earned her national and international recognition, including:

Through her international conferences, educational initiatives, and humanitarian collaborations, she continues to influence culture, strengthen communities, and champion global change through faith, education, and emotional intelligence.
